Product Return, Credit, Refund and Exchange Policy

Our Return, Credit, Refund and Exchange Policy requires that a customer notify us Immediately after receiving their shipment at:

info@momentum7.com. The customer must describe, in detail, the subject of any claim or inquiry, including appropriate customer information; Name, E-mail Address, Date of purchase, and applicable Customer Order number. Any and all claims by a customer must be filed within two weeks after customers receipt of shipment. Momentum 7 will not be liable for, nor consider liability for, nor authorize requests for Returns, Credits, Refunds or Exchanges for any merchandise purchased at the momentumcoachingtools.com site after this period.

Returns, Credits, Refunds or Exchanges by Momentum 7 will be considered for any merchandise that has been :

  • Damaged in Shipment
  • Found to be Defective, or if an
  • Error has been made in shipment

Every effort will be made by Momentum 7 to resolve any customer product issue presented to Momentum 7 according to the above criteria. Momentum 7  in it’s sole discretion, may elect to supply replacement parts for defective merchandise, replace defective merchandise or authorize an exchange of merchandise when applicable.

Momentum 7 may be liable for and may authorize Returns, Credits, Refunds or Exchanges, at it’s sole discretion, and only if the item(s) purchased have not been used or altered from the original condition in which it was shipped, in any manner and is returned in it’s original packaging together with a copy of the original Customer Order Receipt.

Returns of any Momentum 7 merchandise shipment, for any reason, will not be accepted prior to customer contacting Momentum 7 and receiving authorization. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Momentum 7.

The customer is solely responsible for and accepts liability for all return shipping and insurance charges applicable to the returned shipment. All returns, when authorized, must be returned in it’s original packaging and shipped by customer utilizing a major carrier. Returned shipment and merchandise must be insured by the customer for the full value shown on the customer’s original packing slip, which must be enclosed within the returned shipment. Customer accepts all responsibility to provide Momentum 7 with a tracking / shipping verification number within 24 hours of shipment being processed for return by customers carrier.

The customer accepts all responsibility as claimant, initiating any and all appropriate claims and acting as recipient of any claim awarded by carrier, that may be applicable and resultant of any returned shipment being damaged in return transit to Momentum 7 or it’s authorized agents. Momentum 7 accepts no liability for any returned shipment that does not meet these criteria.

A credit return for merchandise purchased, when accepted and authorized, will be given for the retail purchase price shown on a customer receipt only, less the appropriate restocking fee. The shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer.

Any and all fraudulent claims will be taken seriously and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

In no event shall Momentum 7 be responsible or liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising in any way in connection with any product represented on this site.
